The reason why this a 2 rating vs. a 1, is because Julie was so kind & a pleasure to deal with. The rest of my experience w/your company has been plainly disappointing. 1st off, I chose your company because of the good reviews other have given. Even being pushed out a week later, I continued to be excited to bring my vehicle to what I believed, was a good & competent auto collision bodyshop. I am sure you are aware of the issues I had upon receipt of my Jeep. To have the alignment/steering wheel look exactly out of place like before I left my vehicle w/you all, is flabbergasting. Then, the main area I paid for you guys to restore, comes back w/such substandard work. & to give me silly reasoning that the imperfections on that part of my vehicle was there beforehand, is the MOST Absurd excuses I have ever heard. Weren't you fixing that area?? We have had work @ another bodyshop on 1 of our other vehicles, & we were COMPLETELY Happy w/their above-standard work. So, we have other companies we can compare your work to. But we decided to go w/yours because of proximity. I was anticipating sharing our positive experience w/you guys online too, & w/my friends, family, & patients, as I believe in supporting companies that Deserve it. & this experience all around w/Winner's Circle is an upsetting shame.

The secretaries were extremely nice and all the staff was cordial, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work done, they seemed indifferent and gave excuses and did not seem concerned to fix the problems that were still remaining
