Both front/side moldings fell off the car the day after I got it back, the same piece on each side of the car between the hood and the wheel fender, like someone didn't secure the pieces at all

Since picking up my car I have found that the GPS sensors in my tires that you guys put are the defective and it's always telling me that my tire pressure is is messed up as well as the window that actually was broken into all the scrape marks and all the dense are the only things you guys didn't fix on my car you fixed all the rest of the exterior except for where they actually broke into my car and the scrapes and scratches that they caused on my door and window

There were three issues I was unsatisfied with. First I had notice that my car was return to me with a few minor scuffs and scratches. The tire pressure was at 45 to 47 psi normal pressure is 33 psi and third a bottle of hand sanitizer was stolen. I understand I was supposed to take every out of my car before dropping it off. I’m not mad about it just wanted to let you know. Over all 4 of 5 stars great customer service Taylor was awesome she kept me informed the whole time, repairs were satisfactory and it was done a week ahead of schedule.

No communication on their end, calls weren't returned and work was not completed and billed items weren't used. The paint job did look nice, but I was told the whole car would be painted so there wouldn't be any problems with a match and the trunk was not painted. If it was billed, it was not done

The front desk was always friendly and polite, but all messages that I left went ignored by Henry and I had to follow up. I'm also very busy and forget to bring up everything I wanted to discuss with Henry,or ANYONE IN CHARGE. When I did catch him at work ,nothing I left a message about is addressed and I forget to mention the problems I called and left messages for and it was never addressed because Henry didn't mention it if I didn't bring it up.
