It took 3 trips to get the body parts close to proper alignment, and there are now 3 different colors of paint in the repaired area. Not a professionally finished repair.

Bad experience with truck safety items. I could have gotten hurt .

Truck backup camera and reverse sensor not working. Then find out I have no stop lights , running lights, turn signal. Everything safety related is not working. I went to Arizona for Easter . Putting myself at risk of being involved in an accident or being hit due to no brake lights .

When I was called that my car was ready for me to pick up I turned in my rental lo and behold when I got there the manager had not even looked at it but said it was ready when I go look at my car there’s paint dripping all in all over my car my mirror doesn’t work, I got a lot of paint chipping even more because the power washed my old car , manager stated the all the paint had came off my hood, I notice a spot on my car of course I said it wasn’t there …. A guy comes from the garage area looks at and says it’s only wax , mind you the car is dirty it had been raining… dirt spots all over .. but he waxed it… not a great experience…

Have to come back to have part of the car repainted. Have been told the suspension issue is not related to the rest of the damage. It did not exist before taking it in and now it's coming up with a malfunction code. Being told it's just a coincidence that it's at the exact same time. Apparently the windows have to be reprogrammed as well. One window does not roll up automatically in the second position of the window switch. Had to return once before to get the hood buffed out and the left side running light connected properly.
