They had my car for 38 days causing me to be over on my rental by 9 days. It cost me $495. The guy told me he would take it out of the deductible but he didn't.

It’s pretty good not factory perfect Was done in a timely manner . I liked that they gave me updates on parts and repair time .. all in all I’d recommend them

I’m happy with the repairs that they did to my truck. They couldn’t control the time to receive the parts. I was good with that because my vehicle was still drivable. Delivering a clean vehicle after repairs are finished is a bonus to all clients.

Waiting on the parts was not an issue for me. The repairs to my truck were very satisfactory. My one issue is that whoever parked my truck before I picked it up had dusty clothes. My seat cover was filthy. There also was dust all over the exterior of my truck from body work done on other vehicles. I should have let Jesse know when I picked it up. A courtesy wash would have been appropriate.
