From the start when I took my car in for an estimate Jim Coya was pleasant and explained everything fully. Once my car went into the shop for repairs I was informed of any changes. I was told it was a minimum of 2 weeks for the repairs. I took it in on June 1 and got it back June 12. The other customer service associates were just as pleasant as Jim.

I used to recommend everybody to come to them but since the last two times I've sent my vehicle there it has come back and not been fixed correctly I will never send anybody there again nor will I ever send any of my vehicles there

The only reason there's a one is cuz there's no zero The customer service was terrible They told me several times that my vehicle was fixed and I have pictures to prove otherwise

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team completed the repair faster than expected and the quality of work exceeded expectations.
