Well the work order was closed with USAA, yet when I picked up my truck, the steering wheel was not replaced and the new one was in a box in the front seat, a "flap" near the bumper was not reattached and it has subsequently fallen off of my truck in transit, my rear view mirror was not properly replaced after my windshield was repaired by an outside vendor during the time it was at the collision center and my truck was not even rinsed off. In fact it still had the writing on the windshield from the collision center. My truck went through at least 4 hands and not a single person had a red flag go up. I couldn't be more disappointed and I'm upset with myself...with so many choices, I felt I could trust Wittmeier to take care of my truck and me. If this were something inconspicuous I would somewhat understand but this is a steering wheel, rear ire mirror & a visibly filthy truck with writing on the windshield. Because the work order was closed and my rental car returned and it was Friday at 1650 I was up the creek without a paddle....otherwise I wouldn't have accepted my truck
