After a couple of days of having my car I called and asked for an estimate to fix my front bumper and my back spoiler. I got an estimate which was a little high but I verbally approved the additional charges but when I picked up the car they did not fix the front bumper they fixed the back bumper . I had specifically called about my front bumper because it had a little damage my back bumper was fine I would've never approved the extra cost on the back bumper. Since nothing was in writing it was simply a misunderstanding it was nothing I could do
