I think with a bit more attention to the cleanup of the vehicle they could score much better. I should preface this review in that I am particular about my vehicle and though it is not a showroom level 30 year old Land Cruiser, I kinda wonder if more detail may have been given to a newer Ferrari.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job with painting and exterior aspect of the car. The interior was a bit of a disappointment. In re-installation of the headliner each of the visor clips were cracked (in all fairness Chris had disclosed that one area had cracked but they could not find a replacement. In further inspection it was found that two other clips had been broken. I also found glue in the carpet that cannot be removed. The interior of the car was quite dusty throughout. Understandably they had the vehicle for two month so it’s going to get dirty but hey just go through and wipe it down. It was pointed out that during reinstallation of the headline some areas of grease had gotten on the headliner. This is something that should have been cleaned. I also found that the visor had also been soiled during re-installation. Just not the attention to detail I had expected. Chris and Tracy were incredibly friendly through the process and I am overall happy with the repairs. My suggestion is to return the vehicle cleaner than you found it, or at least as clean as you found it. Thanks Tobin

I would rate Wizard Auto Specialties as a 100+. I was recommended by two other Body Shops to visit Wizard Auto Specialties for my GMC as it was severely damaged by a large truck. Their reputation is stellar! My experience was awesome as I had been getting the run around by another Body shop owned by a National Chain. I was at the end of my rope until I spoke with Tracey at Wizard over the phone and set up an appointment. I met with Tracey and her brother Greg. After meeting with them and learning about their family owned business of (38) plus years I knew in my heart they were the folks I wanted to work with. I walked out of the meeting feeling completely stress free and relieved that I was in good hands. Their level of expertise, attention to detail and integrity is second to none.
