I appreciated the text updates along the way. I was very impressed that my car was back to new and even looked better than before, somehow. I also appreciated that my new license plate cover was repaired (which felt like going above and beyond). And my car was spotless when I got it back. Tracy was awesome throughout the entire process. I am very happy about how everything went and the great customer service! Tracy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything to me and what to expect. I've never had anything like this happen before, so it was nice to have her help through it all. Also , great job on the repairs by the people in the body shop! Very satisfied customer for sure!
