Received a "new" door to replace the damaged door. The outside of the door looks great but the inside of the door came with surface rust on the bottom of the door. I'm not happy with it. My SUV is only 4 years old with no rust anywhere else on the vehicle.

They took almost 3 weeks to do a front bumper replacement and a little bit of grill work little to no communication during the whole process. I had to call every time I wanted an update. There was never any proactive communication.

The car doesn't feel right post accident. The body shop staff was amazing so this is not a reflection of the service I was offered but simply, the car feels strange to drive, steering feels tight or impeded. I don't know I am not a mechanic.
