body work was great, the tailgate seems to be harder to open as when you push the button it does not release the first time and when it goes up it makes a louder clicking noise- will follow up as i am sure it is an adjustment somewhere

The only problem was that the vehicle was not ready on the date given it took an additional two days and I was the individual who had to contact the insurance company involved with the repair to get loaner vehicle extended for two additional days.

I think that since the vehicle was not ready on time that Ford should have been responsible for contacting the insurance company about extending the loaner agreement
