Communication was horrible and my wife and I were in a rental car for over 2 months. This place was recommended but I am greatly disappointed as this was a financial burden and made life harder. I would strongly not recommend woltz and wind for vehicle repairs based on this experience.

I was not impressed with the work on the door of my car. There is a gap along where the inside of the door meets the window that will surely allow water to get into the inside of the door when it rains. I had asked that an inspection be performed, and it was not done. There was a large scratch on the driver window from the deer's antlers that we not buffed out or replaced. It took 17 days to do the work. If you could not get to it immediately, I would have preferred to have been told that instead of having to let my car sit in your lot and needing to rent a replacement.

The gentleman who spoke to me was very nice and polite. However, I was never given an update on the status of the repair unless I called. I called several times on different days of the week - often the phone would ring repeatedly or I would put into a voicemail.

My key was lost by a tech which probably delayed the repair by 1-2 days otherwise I would’ve gave a 10, also my windows and interior had white dust and there was a small nick on my door handle that went through the paint that wasn’t there prior
