Although I trust the Woltz and Wind name, I am slightly hesitant to recommend the shop as I have now I’ve been here twice and had issues both times requiring me to come back for additional repairs after the vehicle is supposedly done.

Manager had me pay my deductible after insurance company waived it. Manager advised they were never told this and system did not show that. Erie called after leaving shop displeased with this information as they supplied two dates and times that the collision center was notified of this. Still have not heard back about outstanding repairs. Communication during repairs was minimal. I had to call for updates.
