Finally received the call from the shop to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday, July 1st. I was told to pay the deductible to get my car. I paid and walked outside to receive my vehicle. At first glance I noticed imperfections throughout the bumper that was worked on. Not only that but the grille on the vehicle looked way off to other trims. While also looking through the trim I also noticed a huge crack on the paint. Lastly what really made me upset was the fact that the bumper on the vehicle was unaligned. It seems like they didn’t even fix the damage and just painted the bumper. My car has been at your shop for more than a month and counting. Also when I asked for paperwork regarding the bad work done on my vehicle I was told that my receipt was the paperwork. Im really upset on this situation and hope you guys can do better.

The way my vehicle was handled this time I don’t think I would recommend your center. I felt like they themselves as professionals would notice the bad repair on my vehicle.

Trims were not up to industrial spec, paint job was cracked, bumper unaligned and front grill was not a good fit to other trims in car.

At first I thought I was going to have problems.. I had talked to the insurance company and they said they excepted full liability… then I get a call from Claudia at Toyota Collision and she said the insurance company will not accept responsibility for the full amount… I explained to her I was rear ended.. I did not hit anyone.. how can I be at fault… I called the insurance company and they apologized and said they would call your collision center and let them know they accept full liability… so in the end I had a good experience because the insurance company explained everything to your collision center.. the car is fixed and it looks back to normal… so I am grateful.. thank you so much..
