Very below the standard I was expecting of a Wondries company

My repair experience was far from smooth. Brought my car in for one issue, ended up with several other issues. I had to complain to my insurance to get help to resolve the issues. It took months to resolve all my issues. It was not easy to get a hold of someone to get timely help throughout the experience. After my vent was replaced because someone at the business broke it, my leather around the vent got damaged. I would never recommend anyone to this place to repair their vehicle.

Not only was the repair done great the after care was done very well. My car was cleaned inside and out. I would also like to mention there was a salsa spill in the truck and they completely cleaned it. I’m so grateful for the great team you guys have a wondries

Adrian was awesome! He kept me informed about my vehicle at all times, even more than what the insurance did. When my husband dropped off the car he actually helped him get to the rental place because he was supposed to pick me up. I have never received such great customer service from any company ever. This is unfortunately my 2nd time here but, whenever someone asks me about a body shop I always recommend this place. Going forward I will make sure I recommend Adrian. He was caring and helpful. Thank you very much Adrian for taking care of my family and I while going through a horrible situation like a car accident. You definitely went above and beyond Adrian. Thank you!
