The repairs look great, can't tell where any damage was and new paint matches the old. A minor adjustment to level the bumper and connect some plastic trim on the bumper was needed before accepting the vehicle. This was done quickly and all personnel were pleasant.

Personnel were polite and respectful but on 4 occasions (almost all of my interactions) when I inquired about original drop off(7/3), rescheduled drop off(8/7, due to technician shortage), progress, expected finish, I received none of the promised return phone calls. I had to initiate all communication until it was finished and payment was expected, then a phone was received.
