Woody's Collision
Woodys Collision has been family owned & operated in the Rochester community since 1949. Charlie Wood -'Woody"- began collision repair after serving our county in Germany in 1945. In 1949, his employer announced the collision shop was not profitable & that he was going to eliminate it from his service station. Charlie wasn't going to have his co-workers, that had become friends through the years, go without a job so he approached his boss & bought the collision repair equipment & signed a lease to rent the space he had worked in for the last 4 years. Woodys Collision was born. In 1967 Frank Williams married Sheila Wood, Charlie's oldest daughter, & in 1970 bought the shop from Charlie who had been having health issues. His only request was that Frank didn't change the name. Greg & Ken Williams grew up working with their dad, Frank, and after high school both took employment in the family business. In 2000 Frank passed the torch to Greg & Ken who still run Woodys Collision to this day..

You can tell one headlight was replaced completely but the other was not and although it may not have needed to be replaced just to clean it up so it looks even when you're looking at the car would have been a nice touch. Also, there is an issue with the radio ever since the accident and Allstate never mentioned anything to them but our radio goes back and forth on its own and it was not dealt with. But I guess that would be an issue with Allstate at this point also, we were checking the hood and underneath just to make sure everything was good and the hood no longer stays up on its own on the little hydraulic arm. Rest that it usually had to hold the Hood up and I'm thinking it was probably damaged in the accident and when they straightened everything out it just didn't work anymore but it was not fixed either
