The process without a vehicle was long but agents where very communicative with the best way to recover my vehicle fast, I wish they had more repair shop options since it’s an RSVP policy and the deductible eas super high, but they fixed my policy for that so I don’t have complaints.

Overall, the repair on my vehicle was excellent and outwardly you cannot tell at all my vehicle had been damaged. The only reason I did not give a score of 10 is because the trunk does not always close/latch on the first try. I am always able to get the trunk to close, but it doesn’t seem to always engage perfectly. I’m hoping this will work itself out.

The entire team at World Auto Body was so fantastic, it was such a relief to not have to worry about the repair side of my claim. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had no worries leaving my car with them, and on top of that the repairs look phenomenal! You wouldn’t even know how badly the paint was scraped before! I would absolutely go to World Auto Body again and I’ve already recommended them to my friends!
