Overall, the repair on my vehicle was excellent and outwardly you cannot tell at all my vehicle had been damaged. The only reason I did not give a score of 10 is because the trunk does not always close/latch on the first try. I am always able to get the trunk to close, but it doesn’t seem to always engage perfectly. I’m hoping this will work itself out.

I got in my first car accident and was so nervous about the whole process when getting repairs. The entire team at World Auto Body was so fantastic, it was such a relief to not have to worry about the repair side of my claim. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I had no worries leaving my car with them, and on top of that the repairs look phenomenal! You wouldn’t even know how badly the paint was scraped before! I would absolutely go to World Auto Body again and I’ve already recommended them to my friends!
