Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The car was reported to be ready for pick up but the check engine light was on when we left. We returned & the light was turnerd off, but this caused a delay that was problematic (my wife was late to her client). The light came on again & now we must leave the car, get another rental etc.Obviously it would have been better to not have to deal with this, but things happen. So far the customer service has been good & there seems to be an honest effort to make things right, so overall I am happy at this time.

I really was impressed with the service I received. After being backed into by a neighbor just 3 days after my dad died. I was not wanting to deal with any of this But I was so happy everything was handled for me and very efficiently by Geico and World Auto Body. The rental process with Enterprise was smooth and I received a car comparable to mine. When I came to pick up my car I had excellent service and my car looks beautiful! I'm very satisfied with the whole experience!
