The repair quality was good, but I would hesitate to recommend this shop because of the repeated delays, inaccurate completion dates, poor communication, and the condition of the vehicle when it was returned. They have skilled technicians, but they need to improve customer service, communication, and timeliness.

The repair work on my car was done well, and I appreciate the quality of the repairs. However, the overall experience was very disappointing because of the lack of communication and repeated delays. I was originally told the repairs would take only 4 days, but it ended up taking 16 days. Every day I was told, “tomorrow,” only for the delivery date to be pushed back again. It became very frustrating because I could never get an accurate estimate of when my car would actually be ready. Another disappointment was the condition of the car when I picked it up. It was not cleaned properly, and I had to drive straight to a car wash after leaving the shop. If you need quality repair work, they seem capable of doing that. But if meeting promised deadlines and returning your vehicle clean are important to you, be prepared for delays and disappointment.

They did a beautiful job! The reason for a 9 instead of 10 was because I should have pointed out little pre-existing nicks that had nothing to do with my accident and were there before the accident. Anyway, I definitely would recommend World Auto Body. I am grateful for their professionalism.
