Quoted on price and paid another, took 3-4 weeks for repairs. I was sent by Volvo and couldn’t be more annoyed. After I picked up the car the light sensors and check engine light keep coming on. They clearly didn’t hook the lights back correctly. Waiting to get back from vacation to deal with this. If you can avoid it- might want to.

They are taking the next step to procure a lock for our car. It is hard to obtain and we were without a second car for three weeks with family in town. Now the family is gone and we can be without a car and we hope that our car be repaired soon

Your customer service was excellent. Jorge did a great job of letting me know of the repair process and how much time it would take. He was also very clear that there could be blips in the timeline due to parts not being available right away. He was excellent in keeping me informed on every development or delay in the repair process of my car. He represents your company well.
