These emails are ridiculous. I picked up the car on Friday, and received three emails subsequent telling me of the progress of my repairs. Also, I received an email on Friday telling me that the car wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday, yet I got a call on Friday saying it was ready. The only reason that I'm complaining about "early" is that I changed plans when it wasn't going to be ready until Wednesday that I couldn't keep.

Parts were just put on without having qc there are gaps between parts that didnt get pay atention hood of car un align tight space on one side not spaced out like it should lets say looks bad un align even crashed looks perfectly witch i got the picstures from this areas and to me looks like they did this in a hurry

My experience was very satisfactory with World Auto Body. The work was done as promised on time and was perfect. I feel like I have a brand new car now, even though it is almost 14 years old.
