Caesar did a great job of explaining what would be fixed on our car, and telling us when it would be ready. Our car was ready when he promised, and looks great!

All good except I dropped car off Wednesday 10-10:30. Small job! Original projection 1-1 1/2 days. Monday I called around noon, Cesar check with shop and said car be ready at 4:30 which time they had just finished. Small deal but it almost seemed like had I not called on Monday it would have been forgotten.

I was very impressed by the professional and quality work I received at World Auto Body. The work was done faster than what was originally quoted. When I expressed my concern with the Enterprise over charging me , they reached out and had them fix the charge. That was very kind and much appreciated.
