I would never refer this company to anybody that I know, and this will be outlined in my response to Kemper Insurance inquiry

When I went to pick up the car, the person that was delivering the card had a very negative attitude and when I told him that the other Dent on the right front bumper was not there when the accident happened he declined to repair it. My attorney is Scott Lachman and we are going to proceed and move forward after we have spoken with German Auto Repair’s owner.

Customer Service was terrible the front grill lower grill already fall head fallen off because it was installed improperly

All work completed perfectly - no issues. Car was ready for pickup a day earlier than expected. Active & timely engagement by office staff on all updates. Cannot see how this experience could have been any better.
