From the moment I was referred to World Class the customer service was top notch! The first phone call I could tell that they had my best interest at heart. I had pulled out of my garage too fast and bent my side mirror completely back wards and shattered the glass. Not only did they buff out where the glass scratched my car but they saved my cover piece and helped me find the replacement part. Installation was so quick and they kept me up to date 100% of the time. You can’t even tell I hit anything! I will be referring everyone here over and over again.

I had a back bumper replaced on a BMW and the tolerances were perfect (meaning the spacing between the bumper and the other body panels) and the three stage paint was a perfect match to the rest of the car. Very impressive work.

They did great work, honored an older estimate (I couldn't do it immediately because of financial issues), and found some other issues related to my fender and fixed those too (while not adjusting the estimate).. Not sure how to improve the experience at all. Great job.
