I took my car to World Class Collision to fix a broken fog light. Fred and Pedro inspected it and thought the fog lamp bracket was broken, so they ordered a new one for me. Upon further investigation, they found out that the fog lamp bracket was not broken, so they fixed the existing lamp assembly instead of using the new one and charging me for it. I don't know how many auto repair shops would have been this honest. Thank you, Fred and Pedro. You guys rock!

Absolutely, my car is a custom which required special skills to repair and repaint the hood. Any future repairs or repaint will be going to Pedro and World Class Collision. I have already introduced Pedro to a neighbor for a repair job.

The customer service was a 10+. Pedro came to the location of the car to provide a estimate. He removed the hood and took it to his shop for a repaint. It is a custom hood and required special attention to remove the body filler and paint and reapply the body filler, primer and paint. The paint color match was perfect and the paint job was outstanding. Pedro went out of his way to perform the repairs. He performed the estimate, hood removal, paint matching, and buffing at the location of the car so that I did not have to drive from Camarillo to Simi Valley for the repairs. Pedro is the best!

Thank you Fred and Pedro for your professional and great work in detail. Provided the best customer service experience, they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Had an accident on my car and was taken care of well, their tradesman is great quality made it look like if it was new. Definitely would recommend anyone and their family to there shop for any repairs you won't regret it.
