When we came pick up the truck, it looked better than the day we bought it new (24 years ago). Not only that but, the guys were so rightfully proud of what they had accomplished that it felt like a victory party right there in the office. I actually almost felt like family. I hope I never have a need for any kind of work like that again. But if I do World class will be the first place I go.
