The team was great form the front end to back. Always up front and kept me updated even finished 2 days earlier that my expected dates. I appreciate everyone being upfront and forgiving and honest on how long the repair would take and working my insurance company for smooth transaction.

I was very disappointed with my experience. My car was with them for an entire month, so I expected everything to be repaired properly before it was returned. When I went to collect my car, the trunk wouldn't even open. I then had to wait another 45 minutes while they fixed it on the spot. This should have been checked and resolved long before I arrived. To make matters worse, when I got the car home, I found it was full of ants. After having my vehicle for so long, I expected it to be returned clean and in proper working order. Overall, the lack of quality control and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this business based on my experience.

The body work is very nicely done. My only complaint is that the window/door doesn't seem to be sealed as well as it was before, since I can hear a lot of wind noise now.
