Took 7 weeks to complete the work. Upon picking up my truck, it was found that the work wasn’t actually completed. After not even having my truck for a full day, I was left broke down on the side of the road with transmission fluid sprayed all over my engine. It’s been now 4 days since my truck was towed back in and I’ve just been told to keep waiting. Given the circumstances I feel that my truck should be given some priority to get it fixed and returned back to me asap or offered another vehicle to drive until it is ready. That hasn’t been the case. I’ve been beyond patient for the 7 weeks my truck has been in the shop, but it’s to the point now where this is beyond unacceptable. Really can’t express my frustration and dissatisfaction at this point.
