I am thrilled with the repair of my car. It looks like nothing ever happened! Your front desk personnel are super and they dealt with the details of having my rental car delivered and picked up. Your shop completed the job two full days before the projected date which is great because I will not be available to pick up the car on the date it was promised. Wren's front desk folks made everything easy. They contacted the car rental agency to have the car dropped off for me and then they called to have it picked up when the repair was completed. Their repair personnel kept me updated via text messages and a phone calls and they worked hard to get the car to me earlier than promised because I needed it. I highly recommend this company.

Due to my misfortune, this was the 2nd time we used Wrens and they did a FANTASTIC repair on my F150! And they delivered ahead of schedule, too! I hope I will avoid car body work in the future, but if I do need it, I'll use Wrens!

Miranda is amazing, my daughter was so anxious about not having her car for the first day of school but Miranda kept us updated every step of the way. Instead of a text she called to let us know the car would be ready for pickup this afternoon. The constant communication was really comforting to her and I truly appreciated it. The car however looks brand new on the side, the repair is flawless! If you didn't know you never would, they even cleaned the inside. I've brought all of my cars here and will continue sending others. Quick, clean and reliable, thanks guys.

Soffit tried and the ladies are polite but at the end of the day.. my car went into the shop working and came out on a tow truck and does not work.

When I dropped my van off They were very helpful and explained everything in language I could understand. They kept me updated all the time with where things were with my van. My van was ready to be picked up 4 days before promised. They also saved most of the lashes and put them back on the new head light. This was so special to me. On a funny note: I have owned and driven this van for over 8 years and never knew the auto slide doors feature could be turned off. I was looking and checking the work before I took possession of the van. The sliding door did not work. I assumed a wire or something was loose. Easy fix. The adjuster came out sure enough it wasn’t working , it worked with the car remote though. She took it back to have them look at it. She was back within 2 minutes. We both got a big laugh when she told me the switch above the driver area could turn that off. So it was a toggle of a switch I never knew toggled. Anyway hopefully I will not have 2 deer hit me again or any else. but if I do this is where I would go back to and recommend to anyone that needs any type of repairs.

The staff in the office are top notch, helpful & they make sure everything is correct before you walk out the door.
