The Wren's team was so friendly and professional, from the moment I first opened the door, till the moment I drove off in a fixed and, to my surprise, a detailed Kia. Thanks for making a stressful experience ( hitting a deer) less so. If I ever need collision service again, Wren' will be my go to.

The vehicle looks BEAUTIFUL since Wren’s has repaired the collision damage. The staff was courteous and non-superficial which made me totally confident in leaving my vehicle with them for repair.

Another friend recommended them to me and I was truly grateful that she had because the previous estimator told me the insurance company after paying a certain amount might not want to have the job finished but instead offer me the now market value……which would have been a nightmare. So I was glad my friend recommended Wren’s, and I will do the same.

Wren's team did a fantastic job not only repairing the bumper but also providing excellent customer service. If I had any questions, Carol was a wellspring of knowledge and advice on how to approach the situation - coordinating with my insurance and the rental company. They also went above and beyond taking care of my car - even washing and vacuuming it before returning it to me. It was phenomenal! My car hasn't looked this good in years! Thank you so much!

Communication was good, and the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. However, I'm having a major issue with the driver's side interior door handle—it no longer works. I had to drive back to the shop the same day I picked up the car. The manager told me there were no error codes and that they didn't work on anything near the door, only replacing the front bumper. He attempted to fix the issue but was unsuccessful. He then suggested that a software update would resolve the problem, but even after completing the update, the door handle still doesn't work. While my car was at your shop for two weeks, I regularly checked its location and kept records. Those records show that the frunk was left open for the entire two weeks. During that time, there was heavy rain, which has made me concerned that water may have entered the vehicle and caused damage. Given that this door issue only appeared after the repair.

We are thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service we received personally and professionally at Wrens Collision Sugar Hill. From the very first phone with Carol, to the day we picked up the car and she had treats set aside for our toddler we were treated like family. Our car looked like it was brand new inside and out! You would never know our car was ever involved in an accident- it looked absolutely brand new. We are so grateful and appreciative!

We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received from Wrens Collision. Carol was extremely attentive and helpful every step of the way and John handled our repairs efficiently and with high quality standards. It's too bad we would need to wreck the car again in order to stay in touch because we wish we could see them all the time!

The timing was late a few days which was not a big deal, the communication was terrible. I was calling for updates and they kept saying someone would call me and no one ever did. When I said I was only available to pick up by 3 they again said they would call and never did, I got emails saying the truck was ready but never a call. Then when I called at 4 asking if my rental car was covered for the weekend because it was available after 3:00 (only an hours notice before you all closed to pick up, again with no phone call saying it was ready) they said it wouldn’t be covered and “why are you at work or something and cannot pick the truck up today”. I am glad she came in Saturday so we could pick up but we will truly never return because the communication was absolutely horrible and I felt like a stalker calling and asking when it’s ready because no body ever called me once when they said I would be called. For 3 days this went on, seriously communicate to your customers were not all sitting around available to pick it up with 40 minutes notice (not by phone mind you) on a Friday night before you close!
