The repair is amazing! Timing of getting my vehicle back was the only issue. I was told they ordered more parts after they painted. I only got details because I called. They had said where the door attaches is scratched up and they didn’t notice until they were putting things back together. They said over the phone that it was “probably from that tree branch” .. I didn’t hit a tree. I felt like maybe they were trying to milk insurance a little bit with stuff like that but then again I don’t know!

They did great! Their timing was just inconvenient. I would be told I was getting it back, or that it was in line for painting and getting finished up, then I would receive a text saying they ordered more parts and will send me another update in a few days. Repair overall looks great though!!

We are very satisfied. Just a couple of concerns. She is hearing air coming in from somewhere. It’s not leaking anywhere but it sounds like a window is open. And the passenger doors slam louder and are harder to shut than the right side. This could possibly be just until they get some wear on them since they are new. These are the only concerns she has.
