I would have rated a "10" except that I called on day two to find out why the repair was going to take twice as long as first quoted and was told I would receive a call that afternoon to give complete details. I never received such a call.

My car was fixed way earlier than the estimated date that I was given. I had a similar job done at another body shop a few years ago on a different car. They took a month and a half to fix my car while y’all only took a week for pretty much the same job. You even washed my car afterwards with no extra charge. I’m extremely satisfied with the kind and professional service provided by the staff. I will 100% recommend this shop to anybody in need

I am very particular about my ‘22 Jeep Wagoneer and was devastated when I rear ended someone and damaged the front bumper. I was anxious and apprehensive when I went to pick it up after repair. I have used WT before so I shouldn’t have been surprised, but the bumper looked immaculate! They were able to repair to good as new condition without having to remove the whole bumper and radar equipment etc and replace with a new bumper. I could not have been any happier and excited to get my car back and that was the most important thing. But the service and communication from WT during the process was outstanding. I think I talked to all three of the collision guys and never got a run around. Each immediately knew the status of my car and answered every question I had on the spot. My car was ready a day earlier than estimated. From start to finish - the best experience I have ever had. Thanks WT! Rich Stolz
