My name is Cesar, I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. I was in a freeway accident with a semi-truck. It was my first accident ever so I didn't know nothing about nothing. My brother recommended me to use Xclusive Auto Collision right after the accident occurred. He contacted them as I was in the emergency lane on the freeway and Julio (Awesome guy) gave me a call and came right away with their tow-truck. Right away he assured me that everything was going to be alright and he explained the entire process to me on the way to the shop. The impact was on the driver side of the truck, my whole front chrome bumper was hanging and many of the brackets and bracing connecting the bumper to the frame were broken/bent. The driver side headlight and some of the driver side fender was scratched (had black tire marks/smudging), but fortunately, Xclusive Auto Collision was able to repair everything with original OEM and aftermarket parts. They all did such a great job that I couldn't even tell that it was in an accident. Got the truck back about a month after I took it in and it was running normal and looked really good, they even washed it before I got it back. They told me if there were any problems, to just bring it back right away. The only thing I had noticed was that the headlight that was replaced, the beam was sitting higher than the original left side beam. I called and they had me come in right away and adjusted it for me and even showed me how I can adjust it if I ever needed to in the future. I was very satisfied with their quality of work, thank you so much Xclusive Auto Collision for everything!
