XP Auto Center’s customer service is friendly and welcoming, Ash and his office staff gave me the “Red Carpet Treatment” - arranging for their rate with Enterprise Car Rental and customer pick up & settling the close of rental return so all I had to concern myself with was paying that bill. The work on my car by XP Auto’s craftsmen and mechanics is excellent. They started work on it immediately. The only delay was due to the vagaries of the aftermarket replacement parts industry not sending the correct trunk lid for my VW Passat. Work was done on the original trunk lid and the body work & paint turned out as good as original showroom standards! Originally I just wanted work on the trunk but ended up asking for rework on the right side and front and rear bumpers & window tinting. I’m glad I did - it all turned out beautiful! I am so satisfied and confident of their work and personal treatment, that I plan on returning to XPAuto’s Ash and crew for their excellent craftsmanship! I highly recommend XPAuto for their work and generous customer service!

As mentioned earlier XP Auto Center’s customer service is one of the best I have received. They bent over backwards to help me feel comfortable and treated me as a returning old friend, and made sure the rental car process was effortless by arranging the shop’s rate with Enterprise and that company’s pick-up & drop off service for me so all I needed to do was select and pay for the rental car myself. They even offered to return the rental for me when I momentarily did not feel well enough to drive when their work was finished, and the office staff arranged to close the rental agreement for me ‘till I was ready to pay the bill in person.
