After picking up my car, I noticed that there were a lot of alerts on the dashboard. Apparently the calibration was not completed, so I had to bring the car back.

When I went to pick up my car on Monday, the calibration was not completed. I had to bring the car back. Keep it at the shop overnight for additional work to be done on it when I picked it up the next day the air pressure light was on, and I had to put air in the tires.

Yates did a great job on an old but beloved car, and somehow blended the paint that it’s not a jarring transition from new to original—even though the original is 26 years old! though established, Yates is also a local company and part of the community that patronizes it. Logic alone would suggest they will have more individual customer accountability than a national chain, and that’s been my experience.

I was very satisfied with my Yates Collision experience. The job was successfully completed ahead of time. Darah at the front desk was extremely helpful and very clear about the whole process. I wish you had a parking lot to pull into. Finding parking on the streets was at times difficult.
