I had a great experience with YD auto body shop after my accident. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They sent regular email updates throughout the repair process, and anytime I had questions, they responded quickly even returning my voicemails right away. They also worked with my schedule to help me pick up my car after hours since I needed to return my rental car, which I really appreciated. When I got my car back, I was honestly impressed. My car had not only been damaged in the accident, but it was also dirty beforehand. They returned it completely clean, with everything neatly packed away and organized. The car itself looks amazing, practically glowing, and drives like brand new again. Overall, this was a smooth and stress-free experience during a difficult time, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
