The accident was such a stressful experience. But the very first phone call I made to Bob made me feel I was in good hands. The professional, customer focused interaction I had with both Bob and Mike throughout the process was impressive. YD kept me updated of the progress and communicated with me much better than my Insurance Company. Even though I was aware of YDs good reputation I was concerned about my badly damaged fairly new vehicle and if it could be repaired “like new”. Bob went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The car looks new again!!

From my initial contact with Bob at YD it was apparent that he was customer focused. Both Bob and Mike were professional and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process - approximately one month. They patiently and respectfully responded to all of my questions and concerns. I received more information from YD than from my insurance company. My fairly new vehicle (9mo/7600 mi) had been so badly damaged and I was unsure if it would “ feel new” again. When I went to pick up my vehicle Bob wanted to make sure I took my time looking it over carefully and definitely wanted me to be a satisfied customer. And I am! I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the finished product and the way I was treated. Five Stars to YD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The body work done on car looks great. They detailed the car as well which I really appreciated. The extra mile they went was when I left my cell there and Mike P. brought it to my home. I could be w/o car for several days but not my phone :)

The service was quick and well done. The only problem is I had to pay the $500 deductible which Liberty Mutual said I did not have to pay and it was stated on the documents sent to YD Autobody.
