We had the best experience with YD Autobody! The entire process was effortless even with a snowstorm. Michael kept us in constant communication and the repairs were even completed ahead of schedule. The best part was that the car was detailed!! As the mom of the driver I have been asking for months to at least be able to sit on a seat without junk on it. You guys made the car look new again inside and out. Forever grateful!

The only thing that prevented this from being a 10 is that the expectation setting was way off. I was told that it was automated system and came from the insurance company or something weird like that. But the communication (from carwise?) CAME "FROM" YD Autobody (according to the text message). I have no way of knowing that it wasn't real. So you can't just blame someone else. Whatever it is, the system IS THE system you're using. Here's what happened: I got messages on January 21 and 22, both telling me that the car would not be ready until the 30th. Then I get a call on the 23 telling me it will be ready in a few hours. So whatever automated system you're using is waaay off. Why tell me anything if it's not even close? I'd rather you not hear anything (which would also be bad) than to get wildly incorrect info. If you don't think it's useful (and the guy on the phone even admitted he wasn't sending those messages), then why do you even use the system? Other than that, everything went smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'd use you again and I will recommend.
