There was another concern with my vehicle that had nothing to do with my it was being repaired and Frank called with the problem and esmt then offered to fix it along with why my vehicle was there. Frank did such an amazing job with making sure he was consistently communicating until my vehicle was done.

The only thing I do not like was Young Olds did not waive the $100 deductible. We have had word done at other companies and they waive the deductible.
