Was very good with texting. First day car was dropped off was told that they would call and let me know that day when it would be ready. I did not hear from them. I called following morning to get estimated time of finishing up.

Although I'm happy with the repairs, I have been inundated with spam texts and phone calls, which I have NEVER had before, since July 10th, the date I came in for an estimate, and entered my information into your computerized check-in. I would VERY much appreciate an explanation and rectification of this problem, as I have to think about actually changing my phone number now. Just yesterday I received 19 spam phone calls, and I didn't count how many texts, but it was a lot.
