Not only would I not recommend you, I will absolutely tell them to not go anywhere near you or your body shop. I will spend a great amount of time explaining in complete detail why they should never ever bring anything to you to be fixed.

Absolutely dissatisfied. You don't seem to value your customers time. You obviously feel yours is much more valuable. You're not honest with how busy you are and how long you're going to take with every step of the repairs. I will never recommend your shop and anyone who asks. I will tell them exactly how I feel.
