I’m very satisfied with 101 auto body, their service is beyond words. David and William took very good care of my needs. They even gave me a ride to Hertz in El Sobrante, which is about 25 to 30 minutes away. Hertz in Albany, which is about a couple of blocks away from their location was closed the week I took my car to their location to get fix. William very kindly took the time to take me to get my rental car. I’m way beyond satisfied with their service, my car looks like new, like nothing happened to it, damaged it’s fixed, and I’m very happy.

From estimate through repair, 101was outstanding. Instead of having me rent a car, they ordered & prepared the replacement parts in advance, meaning I did not need a rental car. They installed the new parts in a couple of hours while I shopped. On top of their efficiency, their manager was very cordial and supportive. Great service overall.
