Keri Coach Works
15 Urban Ave, Westbury(516) 997-840015 Urban Ave, Westbury, NY 11590"Truthfully, I was hesitant about going to an auto shop I wasn’t familiar with, but my insurance company recommended them, so I decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked through the door for my evaluation appointment, they completely won me over. The shop was clean, I was greeted right away, and everyone was welcoming and professional. They explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about doing what was best for me, not just what was best for the business. My car turned out great, and the turnaround time was surprisingly quick! One of the nicest surprises was getting my car back with the interior cleaned as well. As a mom of three, I can tell you that was VERY appreciated! 😂 It was such a thoughtful extra touch and honestly made my experience"

They went above what they were supposed to do. Even helping me get a rental. I received texts every step of the process the truck went though. The gentleman that talked me through the step by steps of what they were going to do to fix the truck. I'm very grateful to all of you that helped me. I can't thank you enough."
