    "I appreciated Tom keeping in touch to keep me informed of the repair progression. I realize it was probably quite involved as it included the roof line, the hatch function, broken window, etc. It took longer than initially stated but I had a loaner car and appreciate that the repair was complete and thorough rather than hurried. Hopefully I don't have anymore trees fall on it but I'll keep you in mind if I do LOL. Thanks & Blessings, Peggy"
