The repair itself was great. When I picked it up I noticed a small scratch on my new door and even that they took care of right away.

I had a very difficult time with communication. I would be told different things depending who I spoke to. At times I am not even sure they were giving me info on my car. Even once I told it would improve I still struggled. I would leave multiple messages without call backs and often was left unsure the status. I would be told 2 weeks it will be ready…2 1/2 weeks would go by and I would have to call. It made the situation much more stressful.

They are keep lying by saying that your car will be ready next week and again they say tomorrow and again they say this afternoon they are keep lying by say that I don’t recommend anyone about this body shop if anyone thinking to go this shop please think 10 time before you take you car at this dealer

Took 23 days. The gentleman who took over was great. Stayed late to get my car done. Greatly appreciated.

Same comment initially not good. But the gentleman that took over was courteous and helpful. Also pleased with their communicating with insurance company about additional cost.
