Frustrated at how long it took to get the parts for my repair work, but the problem was with GMC and not 1st Choice Collision. Appreciate 1st Choice effort to locate a grill that continued to be unavailable from GMC.

Staff and the manager Travis have gone out of their way to make the repair process easy for us. There has been extensive delays in parts delivery. Sometimes wrong items were delivered. They had to be returned and replaced. We are still waiting on a trim panel... I am glad we are dealing with the First Choice. They took ownership of the project. Thank you!!!
