highly recommend Santa Ana Body Shop on Jones Road! From the very first day I arrived with my brand-new 2026 Toyota after it had been scratched, I was treated with kindness, honesty, and genuine care. I was already feeling very upset about what had happened to my truck, but the person who helped me immediately gave me confidence and explained everything clearly. He gave me an estimate from the beginning and explained that one of the lights might need to be replaced, which could have cost around $1,000. However, he told me he would do everything possible to save the light and avoid that unnecessary expense. And that is exactly what they did! They were able to save the light, and in the end, I paid about half of the original estimate. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My truck looks absolutely beautiful—just like nothing ever happened to it! The service was excellent from beginning to end, and I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, communication, and effort to save me money rather than simply replacing an expensive part. I actually went to another shop to get a second estimate, but I was not impressed at all. I ultimately decided to trust Santa Ana Body Shop, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. Thank you to the entire team at Santa Ana Body Shop for taking such great care of my truck and treating me with such honesty and respect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work, fair pricing, and a shop you can truly trust! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough about this company and the people that work here. The moment you walk in they are so helpful and handle everything from the calls to insurance company, booked our rental(which is next door) and on top of that they would text me when my elderly parents would leave the shop. What could have been a stressful situation was easier process for my elderly parents thanks to the customer service. Also, it is a one and stop shop rental next door, servicing of car and handle the insurance claims. They did a wonderful job in fixing my parents car. We will continue to use them for repairs in the future 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 on customer service and repair. Thank you for everything!!
