I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was unable to thoroughly inspect it due to the late pickup time and a chiropractor appointment. However, after reviewing the vehicle, I noticed several issues that were not present before. There are two small dents on the hood of my car that were not there previously. Additionally, near the headlight, the bumper appears to be protruding, as if it was not properly secured. When I first got into the car, the side of the seat and the front floor area were wet. Furthermore, I have noticed an unusual sound when I turn off the vehicle while the headlights are still on. The sound stops once the headlights are turned off, which is not something that occurred before. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly.

Customer service was excellent. I did have to bring my car back to fix an issue, but the staff showed excellent customer service and offered to fix the issue and they did an excellent job!

As per Hollywood Collision Center, service was excellent, fast and professional. The repair was good. Regarding rental vehicle company (Enterprise) service was good at the beginning but ended up badly. Closing was handled unprofessionally and un respectfully.
